A crisp creamy curd has a zesty flavour of limes and is made with free range eggs, butter and cane sugar. Lime Curd can be used as a layer of a sponge or pastry dessert that is topped with fresh ripe strawberries. Awarded 2stars,in the Great Taste Awards 2019.
Ingredients: Sugar, Lime Juice (15%), Pasteurised Free Range EGG, Pasteurised Free Range EGG Yolk, Butter (MILK, Salt), Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Lime Oil.
